Michaela is a tradition. A family tradition that spans more than eight generations in California. The meals we prepare have been molded by different cultures and handed down with love.

Grandma Michaela learned the fine art of cooking from both her Grandmother Sarah and Great-Grandmother Josefina. Michaela, at the tender age of five, would stand on a chair an peek over Grandma's apron to learn a little bit of this and that.

After all, they didn't use measuring cups or cookbooks. They just used their good ole' fashioned hands-on experience. Today it is 11 year old, Martha, and her Grandpa who are up on that chair learning all they can from Grandma Michaela.

It is this tradition that makes the Robles family proud. It is with this passion and hard work that we bring our homemade food to all of our guests.
